Divorce Care
A 13 week course for Healing after a Divorce.
This course is once a week for about 1h30 minutes covering topics Anger, Forgiveness, Finances etc.
It is a very practical course and there are lots of tips along the way.
The manual costs is R180 and there is homework each week to cement the topic of the week for you.
The best thing about this course is you are able to talk freely with others who understand you and have gone through the same thing, also you get to bounce things off of each other and hear lots of different advice.

Grief Share
