Take 100% responsibility for your life.
Be clear about your calling and why you serve.
Learn from criticism.
Be driven by principles.
Be teachable and keep on learning.
Be authentic.
Look after yourself; we serve out of abiding in Him.
PEOPLE
It’s always about people.
Learn to read the room or mood.
People are sensitive, treat them gently.
Look at the heart.
Ask questions.
Be prepared for honest conversation.
Most people just want to be heard.
People prefer structure.
Less is more.
Follow the Word on discipline, slander etc.
TASKS
Create a culture of continuous improvement
Listen to God and people
Leaders see what others don’t
Before decisions, think
Problems don’t go away, they just get bigger
Build with consensus
